HP Educational Decree Template

These are based off the designs in the HP Film Wizardry book. This one in particular is based off the Quibbler decree. Includes numbered stamps (image layers) 0-9 and 7 different symbols. The Umbridge/Ministry stamp is also selectable to move and rotate upon each decree. There is also an optional short line for the bottom.

Tip: Widen/shorten the text's length to suit the text as the decrees get smaller and shorter in size as they read down.
